Note: For cable lengths over 50 feet we recommend Remote Voltage Sensing to limit voltage drop to the aircraft. This requires that your GPU has the remote voltage sensing option installed from the factory. This cable will have 4 conductors two will be used for voltage regulation at the cable head.

DC Aircraft cable with molded AN2551 oval aircraft plug. The cable is available in several lengths and meets or exceeds military specification: MIL-C-7974D.
This heavy duty 4/0 wire size will handle the most demanding aircraft starts! DC Aircraft cable with molded AN2551 oval aircraft plug. The cable typical cable starts at 20 feet in length and meets or exceeds military specification: MIL-C-7974D. At the other end of the cable is one Positive copper lug with 3/8” hole and one Negative copper lug with 1/2” hole. Don't be fooled by non-military grade cable as comparison shown in the photo. Compare the thickness of the outer insulation, required for outdoor operations (The thick outer insulation limits cable damage caused by dragging cable on pavement) . This heavy duty 4/0 wire size will handle the most demanding aircraft starts!
